This is likely the cause of your documents printing upside down. If you're using a bu ilt-in or generic printer driver. It does not have the full capabilities of the Brother Original driver, may be missing options supported by the Brother machine, and may print slower. This will affect how the text is printed on the page.ĭepending on your document's configuration, you may need to try several different 2-sided/duplex types to acheive the desired results.Ĩ. Choose one of the 2-sided/duplex types and then click OK. Click the button labeled "2-sided Settings" or "Duplex Settings".Ħ. Generic Built-in Driver (Does not support all features)ĥ. Click OK to close the dialog box, and go to step 8 below. If the driver is missing these options, or looks like the screenshot below, then the Brother Original driver has not been installed. If the driver has the Advanced tab or Support button, then the Brother Original Driver has been fully installed. Verify that the driver has an Advanced tab or Support button.
